Empower Parkinson hosts free and low-cost events for people living with Parkinson's disease and their care partners in Central New York. Most activities take place at our Parkinson Wellness Center in Liverpool, NY, with support groups in Cortland, Madison, and Oswego counties. See the full schedule on our class and event calendar.

$0 copay with most insurances.
Minimum age requirements vary by state. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend getting a vaccine as it becomes available to help protect you.

Interested in painting but don't know how to start? This 2-3 class series with Pam will walk you through the basics and introduce new techniques, with each class building on the last. Using wax paper, you'll practice strokes for leaves, flowers, and more.
A set of brushes is required: Folkart Brushes #1059.
