A program designed to support and educate care partners of those diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis and dementia. This program will help care partners feel more connected and supported, while providing education and rejuvenation. We are partnering with the Onondaga County Department of Aging, MS Resources of CNY, the Alzheimer’s Association, local care managers, homecare agencies and adult day programs to educate our participants on local resources they can access support themselves and their partners. This is a free program that will include lunch so participants MUST register to attend this event.
